- Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a unique discount code. Please allow your store credit to take up to 72 hours to process once we receive your return.
- Returns must be received within 15 calendar days of receiving your order to qualify for a full refund (excluding shipping) in the form of store credit. Returns older than 15 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
- Returns must be scent/stain/damage free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached to qualify for full refund (excluding shipping) in the form of store credit. Items that do not fall under the guidelines in red will subject to a 25% reduction to store credit .
- Returns on lingerie, swim, sale, or thrifted items will not be accepted.
- If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
Due to our limited quantities per unique style, we are unable to offer exchanges. However, we will be happy to issue you a digital gift card for your return, and if the right size in the right style is available, you can use that to purchase that item. In a case where that occurs the item(s) being sent back to us will be treated as a return and will be subject to ALL of the terms listed above in our Return Policy.
